Anri Rapelje is a freelance landscape architect based in Seattle. She grew up in Nagano, Japan, in the foothills of the Japanese Alps. This beautiful natural environment cultivated her love for landscape design. In pursuit of her dream to become a landscape designer, she came to the United States in 1993 and attended the landscape architecture program at Washington State University. After receiving both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees of Science in Landscape Architecture from WSU with numerous academic awards and recognitions, she worked with well-established landscape architecture firms in Seattle and Spokane for over 10 years. Her project portfolio includes a wide range of projects from residential to institutional and from native landscape restoration to formal urban garden designs. Anri is a licensed Landscape Architect in Washington State.
